PSC organised the MK Dons’ 7-day pre-season training camp in the Algarve, Portugal.

The MK Dons wanted 7 days of high-intensity training to start their pre-season off before they flew back to England to undertake in their friendly games.

After taking into consideration all of the team’s specific requirements, PSC chose the Penina Golf and Hotel Resort in Portimao, Portugal – a resort which has accommodated top club and national teams from throughout the world.

The MK Dons were delighted with the trip and MK Dons’ Fitness Coach, Duncan Russell was quoted as saying that it was ‘The best pre-season trip he’d ever been on – the resort had everything we needed and couldn’t do enough to help us.’
