FC Boavista - Pre-season
Tour to England |
|
For the third
year running PSC organised Boavista’s pre-season
tour of England that included a game against
Premiership new-boys Wigan Athletic on Saturday
6th August 2005.
PSC
were responsible in organising every single
aspect of the tour including flights, luxury
coach transfers, first-class hotel accommodation,
training facilities and the team’s general
welfare.
For the duration of the tour Boavista stayed
at the Wrightington Hotel in Wigan, owned
by Latics Chairman Dave Whelan.
Boavista’s Executive Director Joao Freitas
showed his thanks to PSC;
“Once again I would like to thank
Paul and Mark (Taylor) at PSC for their efforts
in organising this game for us. It is the
third year that they have organised a pre-season
tour for us in England and we look forward
to continuing working with them again in the
future.”
Wigan’s Chief Executive Brenda Spencer said,
“We were delighted to arrange such
an attractive friendly for our fans and Boavista
provided us with a stern test in preparation
for our Premiership opener next week.”
