Tampa Bay Rowdies have secured the services of current NASL Golden Boot Winner Brian Shriver on a four-year contract.

Shriver, a Florida native, scored 15 goals in the NASL last season for Carolina Railhawks and has moved to the Rowdies after his Railhawks contract expired.

"We're thrilled to bring Brian home to the Rowdies," said Tampa's owner Bill Edwards. "I'm committed to fielding the best team possible. Brian's ability to score will keep the game exciting for fans and help us achieve our goal of winning the 2014 NASL Soccer Bowl Championship."
