Danish Super Ligaen outfit HB Koge have signed 22 year old American right back / right midfielder Shawn Nicklaw.

A 2-year contract has been agreed from 1 July 2012 after the Danish side saw Nicklaw in action for PSC’s Select Team during their 2012 Turkey Showcase Tour.

PSC’s Select team consisted of numerous out of contract players from the USA and HB Koge’s Head Coach Tommy Moller Nielsen and Sporting Director Per Rud were very impressed with what they saw.

Negotiations between HB Koge and the player’s agent Mark Taylor have taken place over the subsequent weeks and a two-year contract has now been signed.

San Diego born Nicklaw, a graduate from the University of Connecticut, is delighted to have signed his first professional contract and is looking forward to linking up with his new team-mates in Denmark on 1st July.
