Paul Taylor, Managing Director of PSC Ltd, encompasses over 35 years of top-level professional football experience - ranging from playing, coaching and management in both England and the USA.

After a distinguished playing and coaching career in England and the States, Paul spent over 20 years coaching and managing professionally in England - the last 17 of which he spent as Director of Football at Walsall FC, in charge of all football matters of the club from youth football to senior levels. He helped transform the club from a position of financial hardship in what is now ‘League 2’ to become a profitable Championship club.

Paul’s role as Managing Director oversees all aspects of PSC work from player recruitment to the organisation of professional club tours and training camps. Paul has acted as a ‘football consultant’ to a number of English clubs in recent years.

Mark Taylor is an official FIFA players' agent, licensed by the English Football Association. Mark possesses several years of experience working with professional clubs in the football industry and has a BA Honours degree in Sport Management.

He exclusively represents a number of players from the English Premier and Football Leagues and a number of players from various top foreign leagues.

Mark has other expertise within the areas of football and in addition to being a UEFA Licensed Match Agent he has excellent links in the areas of club/player sponsorship, marketing and the organising and arrangement of pre, mid or post season tours training camps for teams.


Tom Taylor combines his time as a professional soccer player together with a role for PSC. He is heavily involved in the areas of coaching, player identification and recruitment as well as the organisation of team tours - particularly with clubs in England, the USA and Norway.

Tom’s playing career has included spells with Derby County, Walsall, Grimsby Town, Wrexham (England), Viking Stavanger (Norway) Portland Timbers, Real Maryland and Wilmington Hammerheads (USA). Throughout his playing career, Tom has worked with top international coaches such as Roy Hodgson (current West Bromwich Albion Head Coach and former Liverpool & Inter Milan Head Coach), Brian Little (Former Aston Villa and Stoke City Head Coach) and Richard Money (Former Liverpool player and ex Newcastle United youth coach).

Tom is a FA Licensed Coach and currently holds his USSF B coaching licence. He has worked with many players, youth teams and academies in the USA and the United Kingdom.

Head of Scouting
Willie McKeown heads up PSC’s Scouting Department and is an influential figure within the company in terms of identifying and recruiting new talent.

Before joining up with PSC, Willie spent almost fifteen years on the Scouting & Recruitment teams of English Premier League clubs Manchester City and Newcastle United. During his time at these clubs he was responsible for unearthing many young players who have gone onto have long and successful careers in England and Europe, with many of these now being established full internationals.

A well-respected figure within the football industry, Willie is predominantly based in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland but his array of contacts throughout Europe mean that he also spends much of his time abroad watching games in various European countries.

Simon Deeley

Director of Player Recruitment / Event Management

Simon Deeley joined the PSC team in 2009, predominantly on the player recruitment side of the business, based in the USA and the UK. Simon graduated from the University of Central Lancashire, England in 2006 with a Sport Management degree and is an English FA and USSF Licensed and experienced coach.

In addition to his active role in player recruitment and coaching Simon has been instrumental in the planning, organizing and directing of English Premier League team tours across America such as West Bromwich Albion’s tour to California (2011) and Swansea City’s tour to California (2012) and Chicago (2014).

During this period he has directed and coached on 7 PSC showcase tours and over 15 Professional Soccer Combines throughout the US and Europe assisting and facilitating in many of the 100+ professional success stories we have announced since 2011.
