Paul Taylor, Managing Director of PSC Ltd encompasses almost 35 years of top-level professional football experience - ranging from playing, coaching and management in both England and the USA.

After a playing and coaching career in England and the USA, Paul has spent over 20 years coaching and managing professionally in England - the last 14 of which he spent as Director of Football at Walsall FC, in charge of all football matters of the club from youth football to senior levels. He helped transform the club from a position of financial hardship in Division Three to become a profitable First Division club.

All members of the PSC team possess substantial years of experience from footballing backgrounds from many areas of professional football services: be it youth football, professional football, scouting, coaching, managing or from administrative areas of the game.

Mark Taylor is PSC's official players' agent, licensed by the English Football Association. Mark possesses several years of experience working with professional clubs in the football industry and has a BA Honours degree in Sport Management.

He exclusively represents a number of players from both the Premier and Football Leagues in England, as well as having numerous worldwide contacts with players, clubs and agents alike.

In addition to player representation, Mark has other expertise within the areas of club/player sponsorship, marketing and the organising and arrangement of professional club tours.

Another member of the PSC team is former Bermudian international striker Kyle Lightbourne.

Kyle's footballing career in England brought him approximately 350 league appearances and over 100 goals with Scarborough, Walsall, Coventry City, Stoke City and Macclesfield Town.

Kyle has completed his UEFA B Coaching Badge and works with PSC on current ventures operating both inbound and outbound from the UK to Bermuda.

He has also been recently appointed as the National Coach of Bermuda.
